Our double-pocketed, heavy steel spring, commercial-grade spiral balances allow for easy maintenance and smooth operation of window sashes. Our patented commercial-grade, multi-directional, locking balance shoes have die-cast cams and hooked balance retainers. The Air-Tite balance shoe and pivot bar on the left vs. those commonly found in other windows pictured on the right. Sash frames are reinforced on the top and bottom with a strong, quadruple aluminum I-beam. Additionally, all glass is double insulated, using a patented warm-edge glass sealant system. We recommend using argon gas and a high-performance, Low-E coating. Sash frames are reinforced on both sides with precision-shaped, composite wood to provide superior strength.

Triple-plush pile weather stripping helps create a superior seal and thermal barrier. The reinforced window main frame is made of multi-chambered, heavy walled vinyl that's 20% to 30% heavier than that used in most vinyl windows. The pocketed wood wrap provides superior strength and insulation.

Security is enhanced by interlocking sash rails and color-matched, all-metal, heavy duty cam-type locks that are secured with two color-matched metal screws to an aluminum I-beam inside the sash frame.
