Available in double-hung, slider, stationary picture windows, bow, bay, garden, and architectural shapes.

The patented UNIQUE Heavy-Duty Spiral Balance is a high-quality, spiral balance system which allows the Elite Double-Hung window to achieve easy, smooth operation. The constant force of the spiral balance system, which meets AMMA 902-99 specification, creates even pressure to dramatically reducing the effort or operating force needed to raise and lower the sashes. The spiral balance system will adjust up to 10 pounds for fine tuning and carries over 70 percent of the sash weight. Designed to ensure top performance, the Elite window system has triple insulating glass, double Comfort Ti-AC36 low E glass, krypton Sure-Fill gas filling, DuraSeal™ warm edge spacer, and Enviro-Foam filled frame and sashes, providing a center of glass R-Value of 8.33. Elite design flexibility includes an internal wood grain option, divided lite choices, and a selection of 3 exterior colors.

Every one of our HORIZON windows is custom computer-designed to your home’s exact specifications. The HORIZON window is available in your choice of double-hung, slider and stationary picture windows.

HORIZON’S low-profile, horizontal sliding design provides maximum glass to vinyl ratio, offering the largest viewing area. An optional full screen allows ventilation on both operating sash.

B.F. Rich Casement windows feature equal-lite frames so they align beautifully with stationary or architectural shape frames. Concealed hinges create a sleek appearance, inside and out. Innovative and patented Truth E-Guard® Casement hardware technology offers a 90° opening for optimum ventilation and the ability to clean the window from the inside of your home. Our Casement multi-point locking system allows for easy operation but also provides safety and a tight seal. The window employs stainless steel hardware and additional reinforcement was engineered into the frame. The insulating glass consists of one (1) lite of double strength annealed glass to the exterior and one (1) lite of AFG's laminated glass to the interior. The laminated glass consists of two (2) lites of double strength annealed glass and one (1) 0.090" Solutia inter layer. The lites are separated by TruSeal's DuraSeal™ aluminum butyl warm-edge composite spacer system.
