1946	Founding of the company by Mr. Henri Bonneville who was later joined over the years by four of his sons.
1957	Purchase of a building supply store that became in 1976 "Matériaux Decoren".
1963	Incorporation of the company under the name of:"Henri Bonneville & Fils Inc."
1967	Acquisition of the family business by the four sons.
1978	Acquisition of "Materiaux St-Isidore Inc." A building supply store.
1979	Reorganization of the strategy towards distribution.
1986	Acquisition of "Fenebec", manufacturer of aluminum Windows and doors.
1987	Modification of the corporate structure under the name of "Groupe Bocenor Inc.". On June 15th 1987, it became a public company whose shares are traded at the Montreal Stock Exchange under the name Bocenor (GBO).
1988	Acquisition of "Les Industries Unik Ltée", manufacturer of Windows and doors that also had a subsidiary of kitchen cabinets. At that time Groupe Bocenor Inc. became the largest window manufacturer in Quebec and the second largest in Canada.
1992	Groupe Bocenor Inc. changes its global strategy in focusing its operations and keeping three of it's divisions namely Bonneville Windows and doors, Fenebec and Matériaux St-Isidore.
1994	Groupe Bocenor Inc. makes a first step into United States market and opens Bonneville International Inc..
1996	50th Anniversary of Bonneville Windows and doors. Also, sees the arrival of a new partner. A major investement firm, the Quebec Solidarity Fund, becomes a major shareholder of Groupe Bocenor.
2000	Bonneville Windows and doors upgrades all of it's information system and opens an architectural + sales office in East Longmeadow MA.
2001	Bonneville Windows and doors undertakes the vertical integration of it's activities.
2006	Bonneville Windows and doors celebrates it's 60th Anniversary. New equipement is bought for it's cutting system, a new Wood multipoint lock casement is developed and as well as a new Alumhybrid casement. A brand new web site is developed.
