Columbia Commercial Building Products, LLC, founded in 1992 is a manufacturer of high performance aluminum commercial architectural windows, storefront, mall sliders, curtain wall & entrance doors for new and replacement construction. The main manufacturing facility is located Rockwall, Texas with a service center located in Houston, Texas.

Columbia Commercial Building Products, LLC, (CCBP) is one of the few aluminum fabricators that pour and de-bridge their own polyurethane structural thermal barriers. CCBP also provides a full line of architectural finishes, whether anodized or painted, CCBP has your needs covered.

Our current lead-time for standard anodized vinyl replacement windows is 3 to 5 weeks, Painted windows are 5 to 6 weeks. Standard stock length materials and stock doors are available for same day pick up at both our Rockwall and Houston locations. We also provide a full line of Narrow Stile, Medium Stile, Wide Stile & Heavy Wall Medium Stile doors with lead-times as short as 2 weeks.

Contact the factory for current lead times. All lead times may vary depending on special hardware, glass requirements, curving and panels. All lead times are based on CCBP standardized stock products and finishes.

Columbia began providing quality aluminum finishes in 1993 and offers both anodized and painted finishes in a wide range of colors. Anodized finishes include Clear (AA-M12C22A31/A41), Dark, Medium or Light Bronze and Black (AA-M12C22A34/A44). Class I and Class II coatings are furnished in full compliance with the Aluminum Association specifications. Paint finishes are available in all fluoropolymer and Kynar based coatings, which meet or exceed AAMA 605.2 specifications. Columbia also furnishes a variety of modified acrylic and polyester coatings that meets or exceed AAMA 603.8 specifications.

Columbia offers a complete system of standard entrances including door, door frame and hardware, all of which can be easily adapted to meet your customer requirements. All standard entrances are available in anodized Class I or Class II Finishes in Clear, Light, Medium or Dark Bronze and Black as well as painted coatings.

This slim 2-1/8” stile door has been designed for use in commercial offices, retail establishments and storefronts. It is available as either single or double acting with offset pivot, butt-hung or center-hung operation. Heavy-duty corner block assemblies create optimum strength while offering the flexibilty for field modification as required.

The 3-3/4” stile of the Medium Stile offers durability and quality performance demanded of high traffic entrances. The 500 Wide Stile performs with exceptional durability and years of trouble free operation. Heavy-duty corner block assembly plus Sigma deep-penetration weld at each corner assures maximum strength and longevity for both doors.

For monumental application, our “Hercules” doors offer unparalleled performance. Utilizing 3/16” thick extrusions with 3 3/4” rails and stiles and a 2” depth along with a standard 10” bottom rail, these doors show their muscle in severe use such as schools.

Columbia flush Glazing systems are designed for flexibility as well as economy. Offered in 3”, 4”, 4-1/2 and a thermal break (4-1/2” only), these systems utilize screw-spline application for unitized frame assembly. Systems are available to accept ¼” to 1” glazing utilizing EPDM gasketing to eliminate shrinking or elongation. Glazing is simplified by the use of identical gaskets for both the exterior and interior.

The Columbia “760” sliding door is the product of choice when designing Mall storefronts, school trophy cases, or interior offices. This slim line door utilizes heavy-duty steel roller assembly with lubricated ball-bearings, high quality hook type deadlocks and can glazefrom ¼” to 1” glass.

This high-performance system is designed to offer excellent thermal performance to keep your building more comfortable and energy efficient. Verticals and horizontals are flush to the interior, which simplifies interior trim and closures. Shallow exterior vertical and horizontal covers present a flush exterior appearance. ACW-100 is available for ¼” and 1” dry glazing with zone-dammed horizontals weeped for positive drainage. Its narrow 2-1/2” sightline compliments the flush appearance of tinted or reflective glass and its two-color application makes this system aesthetically unique.

The Columbia C2000/C2050/C2060 series of Projected & Casement windows are designed in an “overlap” style where the vents, in the closed position, lay on the surface of the frame rather than flush with it. This gives an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the 2 ¼” frame depth as well as providing a high performing window.The system can be selfmulling or use structural mulls for larger openings. The system also has a full receptor system available. The Columbia C3550/C3500 series of Single & Double Hung Windows is a side-load system with spiral balance to meet today’s increasing glass weight and provides a smooth operating system. The windows also come standard with auto sill locks as well as white bronze sweep latches. This systems was designed specifically for the purpose of supplying windows to schools and universities. The system can be glazed with single or insulated glass to meet all of your energy needs and has a full receptor system available if needed. Columbia Series C3800 is a Heavy Commercial sliding window available in four configurations, (XO, OX, OXO & XOX) with fixed lites either above or below depending on the size & glass weight. This system has been designed for the increasing water & air requirements needed in larger building structures. This system is avalaible with a full receptor system for easy installation. Columbia Series C4050 single hung tilt window is a standard for commercial tilt windows.
