Dallas Millwork, Inc has been manufacturing quality custom millwork for over ten years. We are located in a 70,000 sq ft facility in Hiram, Georgia and currently employ approximately 65 craftsmen.
We specialize in custom doors, vinyl replacement windows and more. Many of our products are available in blended PVC material which is completely rot resistant. We also have a vast selection of wood species available including imported exotic species. Meet the Staff
Carlos Deupree, President
Carlos Deupree has been in the millwork business for 28 years and founded Dallas Millwork, Inc in 1995. He started this company in a 12 x 14 building and through his knowledge, hard work and dedication; he has expanded this company into what it is today.
Bill Moore, General Manager
Bill is responsible for overseeing all departments. He reviews sales orders, approves final estimates, and creates AutoCAD drawings for customer approval. He works closely with our production and department managers to coordinate the day to day workload.
Dan McCauley, Production Manager
Dan has worked in the millwork business since 1987, and has held the position of Production Manager with Dallas Millwork Inc. for 3 years. He coordinates and oversees the day to day operations, manages personal, handles all lead times, and ensures that the products we build are of the uppermost quality.
Juan Melendez, Assistant Manager
Juan has worked with Dallas Millwork, Inc. for 6 years. He started out as a craftsman building doors and worked his up the ranks to the Assistant Plant Manager position. Juan currently oversees the doors shop, maintains production, and trains new employees.
Clay Proctor, Department Manager
Clay has been working in the millwork field for 14 years, 3 of which he has been employed with Dallas Millwork, Inc. He supervises the majority of our departments including Windows, Transoms, Grilles, Sash sets, SDL’s and our Glass Shop. He stays busy tracking our production and inspecting the products we manufacture to ensure that they are of the uppermost quality.
John Henderson, Shipping Manager
John has been with our company for 2 years. He handles the scheduling of all deliveries and routes our trucks to ensure your orders are delivered to you promptly and when promised. He checks all of the ETA’s for accuracy in order to achieve our number one goal; customer satisfaction.
Christy Cantrell, Office Personnel
Christy has worked with Dallas Millwork, Inc. for the last seven years and is our Accounts Payables manager. Additionally, she enters all of the orders we receive; both production and glass, into our system daily and coordinates all order confirmations between our sales reps and the customers.
Tim Odom, Purchasing Agent
Tim is in charge of ordering and tracking the lumber and other necessary materials needed to keep our production flowing.
Sales Staff
Barry Manley, Sales Manager
Barry has been with Dallas Millwork, Inc. for 8 years. Aside from quoting jobs and doing AutoCad drawings, he personally reviews each and every order for accuracy before it goes into production.
Dean Walker, Sales Associate
Dean has been a part of our sales staff for 7 years. He manages several accounts, completing the quotes for both his clients and house accounts, and orders glass.
Tony Thomas, Sales Associate
Tony has 20 years experience in the millwork business. He came to Dallas Millwork, Inc. 3 years ago. He quotes jobs, does AutoCad drawings, and orders glass.
Sharon Rhodes, Sales Associate
Sharon is responsible for sales throughout the entire Southeastern region. She has worked in this field for 21 years.
