Since its inception in 1984, Home-Kim Group(the parent company of Home-Guard Windows) has adhered to this philosophy and grown from its origins as a one-man shop operated out of a garage to one of the largest contractors in The Washington, D.C. metropolitain area. Home-Kim installs siding and roofing products, and manufactures its own vinyl Home-Guard Windows.
With its integrated manufacturing and installation operations, Home-Kim saves builders time and money by eliminating the need to coordinate several subcontrators. In 1997, Home-Guard Windows expanded its window manufacturing facility from 30,000 sqft to 130,000 sqft due to the demand for its quality windows and excellent service. also they have all the quality features needed to stand the test of time. Home-Guard's Windows have fusion-welded frame and sash corners, a feature recognized by experts as superior to mechanically - fastened corners.

Welded corners not only add extra strenght but they provide a permanent seal against air and water penetration, and they eliminate the need for unsightly caulk. The 3/4" sash height also adds extra strength to the window. Home-Guard's Windows have smooth finish that keeps its new appearance longer, thanks to superior vinyl compound used in all REHAU window designs. Add REHAU's 40 years of experience, and you have a window that's maintenance free, energy saving and cost effective. Home-Guard's Windows are available for replacement and prime installation and multiple-liter combination.

This vinyl double-hung brings lasting, trouble free elegance to residential buildings and similar applications. Narrow sightlines maximize the daylight opening, allowing more light into the room. The exterior glazing feature enables each sash to have a simple, uncluttered appearance on the interior. The sloped sill sheds water and debris for ease of maintenance. The positive interlock enhance thermal performance.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Property Ownership Status
If the building in which the Home-Kim Vinyl Window System is installed is owned by an entity other than an individual resident owner, whether by a corporation, partnership, an unincorporated association, or by government or public entity, including without limitation, a church or school, then the warranty period shall be a Thirty (30) year Prorated Limited Warranty from the date of window installation, applicable to all window parts and components, under the prorated basis of this Warranty; with labor at no charge to Property Owner on warranted work for a on (1) year period, from the date of window installation, and subject all other terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.

We've been doing it that way for more than 87 years. As a result, we may not make as many windows as some companies. But we think you'll appreciate the difference.

The perfect combination of quality and value. Our 600V single hung, single slider and double hung windows are competitively priced, solidly manufactured and smartly engineered. They come in white, sandalwood or clay. Optional R50 glazing. Also available in matching picture window, transoms, sidelites and architectural shape windows.

These are the absolute best vinyl products we manufacture. Our 900V Series includes double hung, horizontal sliding, casement, awning, garden and bay or bow windows. Plus a smooth-as-silk sliding patio door, transoms and architectural shapes. Available in white, sandalwood or clay. There's a nice list of options, too, including R50 glazing and attractive grilles.
