For purchases of items for the new offices made during the 3 months prior to and the 3 months after the date that Accent Windows obtains the Certificate of Occupancy, the City shall rebate 100% of the General Use Tax remitted to the City of Westminster on its use tax return for the new offices. Such Rebate shall be payable exclusively from those revenues actually collected by the City from Accent Windows and attributable to the imposition against Accent Windows, of the City's 3.
