COMFORT LINE recognized over a decade ago that there were improvements in fenestration design and performance that could only be addressed with pultruded fiberglass. Beginning in the late 1980s, COMFORT LINE saw the many advantages of fiberglass pultrusion technology. But, it took more than just seeing the advantages of fiberglass as a window frame material; we had to move to make the vision work. In a short period of time we had a prototype. If I need more insulating value on the northern exposure, then I want to be able to order the glazing for those windows that gives us the best energy efficiencies in the winter months.
