Genesee Valley Windows, Inc. warrantied any white or almond vinyl window part found to be defective due to material or workmanship for a period of 50 years after installation. This warranty DOES NOT apply to damage as a resule of improper installation or abuse of the product.
10 YEAR VINYL WARRANTY
*woodgrain & dualtone windows
Genesee Valley Windows, Inc. warranties and woodgrain or painted vinyl window part found to be defective due to material or workmanship for a period of 10 years after installation. This warranty DOES NOT apply to fading, improper installation, or abuse of the product.
10 YEAR HARDWARE WARRANTY
Genesee Valley Windows, Inc. warranties all hardware parts found to be defective due to material or workmanship for a period of 10 years afater installation. this warranty DOES NOT apply to fading, improper installation, or abuse of the product.
LIFETIME SEALED GLASS WARRANTY
Genesee Valley Windows, Inc. warranties sealed glass within our vinyl windows for life. Exceptions include units with colonial or diamond grids, tempered glass, and tinted glass. These units will carry a 10 year non-prorated warranty. Units with a v-groove glass or brass pencil grids will carry a 5-year non-prorated warranty. Sealed glass purchased for the purpose of installation in other window products or for other uses carries a 1 year warrranty. This warranty DOES NOT apply to damage as a result of improper installation or abuse of the product.
TRANSFER OF WARRANTY
Warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner by completing a form and submitting it to the company.
