Superior Seal manufactures both wood and vinyl replacement windows. Our wood line is the Optimum Series, aluminum clad redwood, oak or fir. Our vinyl windows are available in three complete and separate product lines: the premium Gold Series (3-1/4 frame) and the economical Silver Series (2-1/2 frame) and our newest product - the European style open-in SWING TILT Series. All of these window lines are available for the Replacement or New Construction applications. Our windows are fabricated to meet or exceed the highest industry performance standards. They are designed for easy installation and cleaning in a multitude of optional choices for glass, grilles, color, sizes and shapes. Wood Windows:
Casement Window Side hinged; crank-operated to open out; cleaning access when fully opened.
Awning Window Top hinged; opening out at the bottom for rainproof ventilation.
Double Hung Window Superior Seal’s wood double hung window is a popular favorite for the most traditional home designs. It provides for efficient ventilation and easy cleaning with it’s upper and lower sashes sliding and tilting-in. Optional interior of stainable quality redwood, oak or fir offers the architectural look of the traditional window but with high-performance reliability.
Bow Window Curved assembly of 4 or 5 casements. Traditional elegance on the outside; enhanced light and perception of space on the inside. Complete with furniture-quality redwood, fir or oak interior. Fully assembled for simple installation.
Bay Window A projecting Picture Window with angled sides, mostly 45°. Assembled with head and seat (which can provide additional seating). Select quality wood interiors in your choice of species.
Vinyl Replacement windows:
Our Double Hung/Slider Window Series offers you a traditional look from the past with the technology of tomorrow. All fusion welded mitres on the frame and sash ensure you air tight corners that are wind and waterproof. Made from solid vinyl, this ideal material has a much higher tensile strength than wood, greater impact resistance than aluminum and never needs scraping or painting. With standard features such as security nite latches, full screen, tilt-in sashes for easy cleaning and triple weatherstripping, it's easy to see why this is one of our most popular windows.

The Silver Series window is the intersection of quality and price. The single hung series is available as a single hung, slider and hopper style. This window is best suited for the discriminating buyer who wants quality at an affordable price. It comes with features like tilt in sash with narrow 2 ½ " frame for greater daylight opening and a beveled exterior sash for a more slim look. This window has thermally welded sashes and frame plus a beveled slope sill. Our slider tilts and locks in for easy cleaning and allows you access to the fixed sash from the interior of your home. It comes with snap in internal glazing stops on the fixed sash for easy service if it should ever be required. Available in white or optional sand.
The casement/awning window is one of the most energy efficient window designs that you can purchase. The casement window design has a three seal compression weather-stripping, so when the wind blows the seals actually get tighter. This design works well when there are high winds or torrential rain, and is ideal for homes on the water or in wide-open spaces.
Drainage is reliant only on gravity and not an internal drainage system to carry the water away. Seals last a lifetime because they are compression as opposed to the pile type. Our gold series casement/awning window will open to 90 degrees for easy cleaning. If you want a top-notch performer, this window is what you're looking for!
The Gold Series awning window has all the great features of our casement, with the added bonus that it can remain open during inclement weather, like rain or snow, without the elements coming in. The water simply drips off the edge while you continue to ventilate your room.
Our Silver Series casement window features fusion welded design with a single locking lever handle for trouble free operation. It is economically priced, yet has many features of higher priced windows. For example, it has pressure-equalized sash drainage to keep water away from glass and seals, triple weather-stripping and multi-chambered design. It has a narrow sight line for more daylight opening and slimmer appearance than the euro style windows. Beveled sashes reduce heat build up and are esthetically pleasing as well. The silver series casement is available in white or sand color, and there are many grille patterns, colors, and shapes, as well as glass options available to you.

Our Silver series Bow and Bay windows are built with the same high quality material as our gold series. We use the slim, economical window profile of the 2 '" window but use all the same high-grade wood components to build the rest of the windows. This series of Bay and Bow windows is available in white or sand only.

SWING TILT, a European vinyl window system, offers solutions for challenging demands. Strong vinyl frame and sash properties are fusion welded for corner strength and reinforced with roll formed steel.
A unique hardware secures the sash weather-tight into the frame and provides a double operating function. The sash is side-hinged and bottom-hinged opening in, protecting it from wind forces on the exterior of the building.
Multi-point locking bars, mounted around the sash, secure the window in the closed position, control tilt ventilation, inside cleaning and possible exit function, with the turn of a single lever handle.
A well-proven drainage system (rain screen principle) secures a industry leading rating for extreme conditions while maintaining very good performance against air-infiltration.
