Avoid using abrasive powered cleansers or solutions which contain acid or acetone solutions. These damage the finish and take away the gloss. Remove wet plaster, stucco, cement, paint and stain immediately from hardware, weather-strip and PVC. If wood is used as extension jamb inside the windows, it should be treated, painted or stained as soon as possible after installation. Lubricate the hardware at least once a year with a good grade silicone spray. The application of any film or applied tinting treatment to an insulated glass unit may cause failure to the glass unit and voids the Solaris guarantee.
