Superior Metal Products Company, Inc. has served the needs of the custom window and door market since January 1978. Superior has combined manufacturing and reselling/distribution into a single-source point of purchase benefit for the custom fenestration product dealer. Purchasing and manufacturing functions are centralized in Superior's 108,000 square foot facility in Birmingham, Alabama. Material, in both lineal and finished form, are shipped from Birmingham direct to customers across the United States and to our distribution centers.

In response to ever-evolving market conditions, Superior has developed its product offerings from the original storm window, door, and screen products to also include single glazed and insulated residential vinyl replacement windows, patio covers, carports, insulated roofs and enclosures, screen enclosures, and sunrooms.

As product demand increased and many of our fabricating dealer's resource capabilities were taxed, Superior responded with the formation of Superior Windows (a division), to supply fabricated Doors and windows. By reducing some of our dealer's fabrication burden, they have been able to better focus on profitable sales and installation thereby growing their business.

Aluminum Windows

Superior manufactures and distributes an excellent line of custom
crafted aluminum windows.

Aluminum windows are available in two ways. First, we can supply the tooling and lineals for you, our dealer, to locally fabricate our single hung aluminum windows. Glass may be purchased locally and installed in the frame. Or, secondly, you may purchase single hung aluminum windows or double hung vinyl windows completely fabricated to your customers measurements allowing you to concentrate on the sales and installation aspects of your business.

The Series 1600-L Aluminum Single Hung TILT Window
combines good looks with durability for maintenance free operation.

All windows are custom crafted to your exact opening measurements to ensure perfect fit and carefree operation.

Tilt-in lower sash for finger-tip operation and easy glass cleaning.

Screen is removable from the inside to make cleaning the outside glass easier. Optional full screens available.

Strong aluminum frames will not rot, split or warp.

Interlocking meeting rail to help reduce possibility of air leaks when window is closed.

Fully weatherstripped sash means positive seal to reduce heating and air-conditioning costs.

Screens may be replaced with optional Solar Screen panels to further increase your energy savings.

Windows can be single glazed or double glazed with energy saving 7/16 sealed insulating glass.

Positive-lock sash latch for added security and peace of mind.

Vinyl Windows

Superior fabricates an all welded a double hung vinyl window in our Birmingham manufacturing facility. Each window is specifically designed to fit your customer's needs.
