Superiorland Vinyl Windows high performance systems are designed to ensure total home comfort, year round. A full 7/8" of insulating all space provides superior thermal performance and noticeable reduction of exterior noise. The sash is glazed with rigid, snap-in glazing beads. The 3 perimeter weatherstripping seals are used to control air infiltration. Superiorland Vinyl Windows positive interlocking mullions pull sashs together for added security and a tighter weather seal. An accessory groove in the double-hung and casement profiles allows for a variety of multiple interior and exterior trim options.

Security
Windows are locked with a positive security latching system that guards against entry from outside. The window sashes cannot be removed from the exterior of the building.

Window Strength
Superiorland Vinyl Windows one-peice frame and sash are fusion welded, and have been shown to maintain their shape under pressure that would cause most other windows to shift, bend, or collapse. The multichambered design adds to the strength of the frame and sash. Out PVC lineal material is reinforced on the interior adding structural support and additional dead air spaces.
Easy Replacement
Superiorland Vinyl Window systems are custom sized to fit any opening, and are manufactured to within a 1/16th of an inch. This will save the cost of re-framing an opening to fit a standard size window. Optional snap-in interior and exterior finish moldings allow for versatility and permit easy replacement of existing windows.
Maintenance-Free
Superiorland Vinyl Windows require virtually no upkeep. They never need painting because the color is an integral part of the vinyl. Scratches dont show and vinyl resists dents and damage. Windows retain their beauty with a minimum amount of attention.

The commercially-rated vinyl casement window outperforms most window designs on the market, including vinyl-clad wood, wood, aluminum and other vinyl designs. Unlike wood, which leaks cold air through tiny cracks, the 1400 fusion welded frame and sash seals out leaks and drafts. Tests prove vinyl to be an effective insulating material, even under extreme temperature and wind conditions. When the high-quality REHAU PVC is used in conjunction with the multi-chambered design of 1400 frame and sash, and their effective dual seal combination, the result is significant protection against heat loss and condensation.

Bay and Bow Windows . Most Superiorland Vinyl Windows can be combined into traditionally styled bay and bow window assemblies. These designs feature a horizontal row of three or more windows that are fastened ("mulled") into a projecting, angled shape. Some additional construction forms the seat board and a bit of roof overhead. Assemblies of four or five window units are the most common bows, and groups of three window units are typically made into 30º and 45º bay windows.
Virtually unlimited variations can be made including various types and sizes of windows, and custom dimensions for the distance the window assembly projects outward from the surrounding wall surface. These vinyl window assemblies bring lasting, trouble-free elegance to residential building applications.
